I've been invited by the local D-STAR community here to give a presentation on the use of D-STAR in emergency communications in 3 weeks time. As so far, no one in VK has used (to my knowledge) D-STAR in an emergency communications role, and the fact that I have participated in the SE WX Net, it's up to me to present the topic.
