I don't normally reply to these things but I felt the need to set the record straight at least for the central Florida area. The Sun Coast D-Star Users Group has been using 145.6700 for a simplex net since 2006. We met each Wednesday evening at 9:00 pm local time, long before there were any D-STAR repeaters in the area. Once all the local repeaters were able to connect to Reflector 004B the net was morphed into the Florida wide D-Star Tech net. We still use 145.6700 as the main simplex calling frequency and for some special events.
Please also note the use of 445.9625 simplex on 70cm and 1294.3000 on 23cm.

So as we approach field day this year, can we at least get a
consensus among those who read this group that 145.67 will be the
D-STAR Fx of choice for FD??
