Ray, I have no personal experience because I just don't travel from Hartsfield very much, but I would bet on W4DOC or WX4GPB.
Hartsfield airport is about 8 miles south of the city of Atlanta. W4DOC is atop the Bank of America Tower downtown (the tallest building in the southeastern U.S.). WX4GPB on Stone Mountain about 10 miles east of town. KI4SBA is on Sawnee Mountain about 25 miles north of town. The question of 2-meter or 440 can probably be best determined by expirimentation.
