We've list modes that are prohibited in France too (one of this designator is
prohibited):

Phase modulation:

    * BPSK31 to BPSK250 (PSK) = G1B / G1D / F1B / F1D / J3B / J3D
    * QPSK31 to QPSK250 (QPSK) = G1B / G1D / F1B / F1D / J3B / J3D
    * FSK31 = G1B / G1D / F1B / F1D / J3B / J3D
    * PSK63 (PSK) = G1B / G1D / F1B / F1D / J3B / J3D
    * Q15X25 (QPSK) = G1B / G1D / F1B / F1D / J3B / J3D
    * MT63 (DBPSK) = F1B / F1D / G1B / G1D / J2B / J2D
    * PACTORII (DPSK) = G1D / G1B / G1C/ J2D
    * PACTORIII (DBPSK or DQPSK) = G1D / G1B / G1C/ J2D
    * MIL-STD 188-110 (PSK) = G1D / G1B / G1C

Amplitude modulation:

    * HELLSCHRIBER = A1C, J2C

Phase & amplitude modulation:

    * OLIVIA (AMFSK) = D1D / D1B / D1C
    * OFDM / DRM (AMPSK) = D1D / D1B / D1C
