Lucky you! I envey you in that it sounds like your in a great community for
a HAM! Unfortunatly where I am in north central New York I've given up on
talking about it because its politly being shot down by most of the gys
here. I get my radio tomorrow and I cant wait, I'll just keep the pleasure
to myself while I talk to friends everywhere else.

Yes we are! Locally in Tucson we enjoy the use of two full stacks. We also
have two repeaters in the Phoenix area, one in Globe, one in Yuma, one in
Sierra Vista and one in Kingman. Not too bad considering how sparsely
populated we are. All the major population centers are covered. Not
everyone's interested in D-star but no one seems to badmouth it.
