OK, I've been persuing the problem on my own. I located the dll file and copied it to the folder with the dvaptool and updater. Now the updater opens but when I click on "read DVAP info" or "Run firmware updater" it tells me "No USB device found."
I have restarted my computer and unplugged/replugged the DVAP Dongle, all to no avail. What next?
