This may give some people the impression that this is a sun-private
tool. It's not.
wsdiff is one of the ON consolidation build tools; source is in
usr/src/tools/scripts; and there are options to "nightly" to run it
after a build.
It's generally available for anyone to use to understand how far their
source changes percolate out into the result of the build.
