Dubai Properties has launched the last phase of The Villa at AED 2500 per sq/ft for BUA. Consequently the prices of plots will reach to AED 600 per sq/ft because the price ratio of plot to BUA for The Villa has always been 1/4. In other words, 4 months ago when Dubai Properties launched the 2nd phase at AED 1200 for BUA, the price of plots reached to AED 300 per sq/ft therefore, when the BUA price has now reached to AED 2500, the plot price will sooner or later jump to AED 600 per sq/ft. RL cluster in The Villa is the best part of this project that is why, the price of RL plots are relatively higher compared to other clusters.
