This is the same builder which had taken money from customers in Mumbai, and then ran away to Pune with their money. And then using the Brahmin, maharashtrian name, tried to wipe his slate clean. Fathere built a reputation and son screwed it up. All of their construction is sub par quality with lots of issues as they do not do the construction themselves, but just use contractors, so there is no quality control.
