The warehouses are built in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (south) close to the
recently opened  airport in the world. The plot is leased from JAFZA at
AED25.- per sq. meter per annum on 10 year renewable leases. They only
allow maximum of 60% of the plot to be built, so the rest of the area is
