The primary objective of the role is to pre underwrite Mortgage Loans, coordinate with Mortgage Advisor. Reporting to the Head of mortgages, you will review the files received from the Mortgage officers, check documents according to the prescribed checklist, highlight discrepancies if any and forward the discrepancy-free documents for further processing to the lender. You will be responsible for coordinating the mortgage approvals with the lender.
