Don't really see this as a big thing.  If you have been reading news
blogs, IT news websites, even news papers you would know that this has
been brewing for some time.  Google has been compared to the next
microsoft by everyone from theregister to the new york times, all have
slated google for its ruthless recruitment of staff and how it is very
much like the Microsoft of old.  All companies small or large hate to
lose their most valuable assets, and in the software market that is
usually people.

This is an age old story, who can blame steve for getting angst at
some upstart software company, that has been buying up other software
companies at a rate equal to that of Microsoft, has an amazing share
price, and is now stealing the cream of microsoft's employees.  Who
wouldn't be angry.
