http://www.thefreedictionary.com/dilated Indeed it was.. in this case my trick is to plug it into google in context. "dialated pupil" and it comes up with "Did you mean Dilated Pupil ?" When I want a definition or thesaurus I simply put the word into google with "dictionary" or "thesaurus" and it a) corrects my misspellings in most cases .. and b) gives me a raft of links.
