Indeed it was.. in this case my trick is to plug it into google in context.
"dialated pupil" and it comes up with "Did you mean Dilated Pupil ?"

When I want a definition or thesaurus I simply put the word into google with 
"dictionary" or 
"thesaurus" and it a) corrects my misspellings in most cases .. and b) gives me 
a raft of links.
