YEs I also installed the eagle-sub drivers and it also worked for me... On debian sarge and mepis , But it got stuck on mempis after sometime...Read this :

Yes, I managed to get it going using these drivers.. ( over 12 months ago now and I don't remember
specifics )

Personally I ended up giving the modem away to a windows user and getting a Belkin wireless router
to replace it, but it *did* work
