In this case all clients will need to be manually configured. The 
problem can be divided into 2

1) updating the clients (for network parameters and friends)
2) forwarding the URL.


Iptables can only forward the URL, but cannot update client config. For 
that you need DHCP + DNS to do dynamic updates, just like what M$ does. 
The client info is sent to the client when the client issues a DHCP request.
