I think Brad had posted an interesting link on how he had managed to access his pop/smtp when etisalat had blocked all ports except http. Do you have any access to a linux box. Will that work in your case? I think brad had access to a remote server outside Etisalat's range. Maybe you have such windows based HTTP tunnelling software.
