I'm an senior open source developer (mostly perl, python, postgres) workin in Dubai. I got a part time contracting offer on an hourly basis and I have to decide what to charge. I've recently moved here from the US... and don't have much idea about the market here. Any suggestions for a reasonable hourly rate would be most appreciated.
