Also, some ADSL Routers (f.e. US-Robotics) have an option with the name DDNS so you can choose your DDNS and it will update it everytime your IP changes. Mine supports DynDNS.org, Dt-DNS and NO-IP.com.
If you use a Ethernet ADSL Router, check it, may have this feature ;)
