That just plain sucks.....I guess I have to wait for that new ISP to come out (Du???) ..I've got 256 KBPS, It hardly handles 3 PPL on my 500 MHZ w/ 256 MB RAM processor *cough* ..
Would a petition or something like that to the "UAE Internet Community" help me get some servers up for multiplayer games (THAT ARE NOT ON LAN!!!) ??...hmmm...Where is the "UAE Internet Community" anyway :S ????
BTW, I had another problem and I dont want to call the etisalat techies, Lot of reasons behind this,
When looking at "eaglestat" in shell It tells me that there are 133 + CRC's .... (eaglestat shows me the statistics of my ADSL Line and Aztech DSL206U modem) .... is there anything I can do on my side to reduce that ?? Also whats
Margin 21dB and Attenuation 39dB supposed to mean??? Is that the right numbers??/

I think you can't find anyway !
If you have a highspeed internet, it's better to try to learn how start a server.
As I know Etisalat use the India backbone to have a cheaper internet,
but then you can't have a ping time less than 150. (I think even 150 is a really
good rate for here :P )

Servers located in Africa and Asia also give me high pings. Dont talk abt UAE servers (counter-strike) , coz there is just one free server and its only for some "noor Al Ain" Club members only, God Know what that is , But any way for the past 6 days ,its off too ... I do not have my own resources to start a counterstrike server of my own either...
So How do I reduce my Ping times on servers through Crappy Etisalat , can I tunnel all my data through a port that etislat aint filtering or something??? (my pings >150 On Asian Server , my friend living in Qatar gets 80-90 ..)
