Hi Haider,
I have a windows password changer.  It is a small linux distro that
you boot.  It then allows you to reset the passwd of any user account
on the local workstation by editing the registry.  It works on win2k /
xp pro / 2k server / 2k3 server.

Shall bring it down to your office tomorrow if you want.
