Hi Joseph I had problems using VoIP with my Acer laptop and d-link wifi router which were solved by fixing the laptop connection to work at 11Mbps. I don't know what speed the E60 is capable of running at, but for some odd reason reducing the network bandwidth actually helps voice quality in certain situations.
