:D is a direct hit ;)
Asia/Saudi has 4 "minor" time zones viz.,
Riyadh, Riyadh87, Riyadh88, Riyadh89 due to
its peculiar geographical location, eventhough Riyadh tzone
corresponds to +3 UTC, the authorities in riyadh follow
Riyadh87 timezone which has a minor offset of 7 minutes.
"The +0307 offset of Riyadh has something to do with its
longitude of 46.7333333333333 degrees and it's exact time
offset can be calculated. It is 3 hours, 6 minutes and
56 seconds."
