Yes, of course you can use it even you are behind a NAT.
But anyway you must assign a Valid IP Address to your DynDNS :)
And for block of port 80, I'm speaking about AlShamil Internet Service.
Have no idea about the Business Services ...

I remember from the dark ages that several of these dynamic DNS services
even work when the machine that sets it sits behind a NAT (meaning is
not the one with the public IP). DynDNS was one of them - I believe.

DynDNS is also a pretty much open protocol, you should be able to get a
sniffer between your box and your modem to see what's going on.
