Just subscribe to any of the linux-* lists at vger.kernel.org. Your mail volume
and spam volume will
increase exponentially.
Failing that, why not write some quick bash scripts to send large quantities of
randomly varying
sized mails in multiple parallel tasks?
while true ; do <blah> ; done &
is a very powerful stress tool ;)
