Dear Sethu,
HP-UX is from HP and can work only on HP servers. AIX
is from IBM and works only on IBM RS/6000.
Emitac is distributor for HP for long time, and GBM is
for IBM AIX. So you can try at these sources.
The Softwares are not free.
