Dear Prasanth,

You may use nomachine. You can install the server version of nomachine on 
your debian system at home.

Depending on from what machine you want to connect from your office, you may 
install nomachine client at your DIC office

In addition you may need to use dyndns/noip for your machine at burdubai

I think that might help
