Confirmed in Jumeriah and Al Warqa'a.. both were blocked previously, both 
worked tonight.

Of course at my place in Deira they never quite got around to blocking it..

To be honest I think the community backlash was so great they likely retracted 
it as quietly as they 
implemented it to try and limit the bad publicity..

Having said that, I know they have/had all sorts of bogus routing and blocking 
issues in various 
places within their network. When a company can't even configure its own 
network right, how can we 
expect it to play nice with the rest of the globe.
