Hi
I am looking for a OpenSource "recruitment
software" .
Some of the features would be:
- Managers should be able to post requirements for
vacancies.
- Once approved, these vacancies will be published on
the web
- Candidates can apply for vacancies
- Recruiters will be able to shortlist candidates
- Should be able to handle multi-stage selection
process
- Reporting module
- Should be able to customize look and feel
If any of the list members are using software
which has these features , please give feedback
