Dear Members,

I had in fact sent etisalat the message by making use of their feedback form 
the day i reported the problem to our LUG. I also followed up with one of 
the Customer Service Representatives who assured me that if it was a genuine 
case it would be attended to within the next couple of days.

The next day when I checked, the site blocked message was no longer 
appearing. On realising, I sent Etisalat an email thanking for the prompt 
action.
