Ha Ha Queue the Psycho Music.... Intro Dan with Large carving knife... and uttering yes mother he said bad things about the bsd... ... PS The article is pretty old and I have seen it before.... Dans 10 cents on the Benchmarking: OpenBSD 3.4... Come on Buddy.... Why Benchmark the latest linux kernel against a version of an OS that is 3 years old ? Why not go head to head. OpenBSD security and code correctness not scalability so not a huge wow that they don't do so well on scalliing. FreeBSD Again old article, FreebSD 5 sucks.... my advise go straight from 4.x to 4.11 and then to 6 and skip 5 completely. There were also performance and SMP arguements with regards to 5 which forced a fork in the freebsd and we now have the dragonfly. Where was the dragonfly benchmark ? daN _____________________________________________________________ " They that can give up liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
