VmWare server is now free to download , to install u
need a license key to install , in the web site there
is a option to register your self , do give ur details
and no of licsense key which u need , they will send
it free of cost to u .
From my experience vmware server did not
had any problem while running on kernel 2.6.18-x.x
. with kernel 2.6.19.x it was not possible to run ,
applied the patches but no use.
