Hi, I'm new to DubaiLUG, and interested in LPI Certification. I use Linux at home and a few UNIX flavours at work, so I see the certification as a chance to learn more and also prove that I know something.
I searched previous posts here for info about LPI, and found a few things but few specifics. Does anybody know where you can take the exams in Dubai, and what is the cost? All the websites I found focused on training, and not on home-studied exam-takers. I have the impression from www.lpi.org that these exams are not supposed to be very expensive (about 150 USD).
