Right click and open with a file archive util that handles RPM?

On Fedora I right click and select Open with - 'Archive Aanager'. It
used to be called file roller. You'll just need to see what compression
/ archiviung util your distro has.

If you can't, then email me the RPM and I'll extract it for ya.
