Hi Kunal,

I'd faced a similar scenario a couple of years ago, if my memory serves 
me right, below is probably the way out:

1. Total number of pages printed - cups accounting
2. Who prints how many pages - cups accounting
3. Who printed what document and how many copies - cups accounting & 
samba configuration (pdf printer on samba - a copy is sent to the pdf 
printer automatically everytime cups is invoked)
4. Access control - samba configuration (??)
5. Logs of who printed what and when - cups accounting
