My torrent throughput has done from 110kb/s to about 40kb/s sometime in the last couple of weeks. No matter what, or how many I was downloading I could never get above the magic 40kb/s mark (or thereabouts). Just turned on traffic encryption/obfuscation and I'm back to full speed again
