Internet city is a bunch of internet related companies in a single physical location. For example: microsoft, cisco, wipro, etc. etc. There's quite a bit to see and do here specially if u're a sports fan - sking, water sports, desert safari's, etc. Also, there is a small but nice museum in the city with the old city close to it if you're into the let me get a bit of the local heritage bit.
