Hi Mahesh, I'm afraid your query isn't very clear to me...if are you asking for suggestions on easy ways to write iptable rule sets...I would recommend shorewall.
If u're asking how to forward packets from a gateway to another solely, then perhaps a VPN solution like OpenVPN or OpenSWAN would do the trick for you. Ofcourse you can always just set a rule based on source and destination!
