3 cables offline: 1. Sea-Mea-Wee 4 2. Flag between sub-continent to europe 3. Terrestrial line from UAE to Qatar
Within UAE, I havent really noticed any internet issues, but that could be just me. Primarily traffic between europe and India has been disrupted, alternative route via Chennai-Singapore (Singtel) being utilized. Most of europe traffic going via NY and then transpacific now, so higher latency issues cropping up. That's how much I'm aware off.
