It has been vacated on 15th January 2009.
Key and access pass are with my brother Hasan Mustafa on 050-255 0656.
Till 15th January it was rented at AED 70,000 Per Year One Cheque
I have heard that the new Rents are AED 80,000 to 85,000 Per Year? Anyhow I
will accept any Confirmed & reasonable offer keeping in view the current
scenario.
Please inform about the details of Tenant before confirming the deal
