I have 1 ,2 bedroom in Al Seef 2 for rent 1690 sft at 120k per annum

2 cheques

Conditions from the landlord are as follows:


Payment in Two Cheques – 1 Current dated Cheque & 1 Post dated
cheques
Security Deposit – AED.7’500/- current dated cheque in the name of
Owner of the Property
All your commission charges should be paid by Tenant
Annual Maintenance & Annual Cooling Maintenance charges will be paid
by Landlord
Chiller Cooling Charges, Telephone, Electricity & Water – Tenant’s
responsible at their cost
Tenant should provide copy of Passport, Residence Visa, Proof of
Salary, Contact numbers with Official Address and Trade License copy
of the Company
Tenancy Contract should be limited for 12 months and renewable subject
to Landlord’s approval.
On receipt of payment credit in our account, we will handover flat
Key, Parking Card, Access Card with acknowledgement from Tenant
