Receptionist  Required for a Real Estate Company

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


The Receptionist will be responsible for providing secretarial,
clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that all
administration matters are handled in an effective and efficient
manner.


RESPONSIBILITIES


•Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and
effectiveness within the office premises.
•Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, faxes, emails and other
correspondence to the staff.
•Making calls, writing emails, and carrying out correspondence tasks
as required.
•Managing company data base, (property listings) and market them as
advised.
•Filing/handling and recording all documentations as directed.
Maintain the general filing system.
•Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences.
•Respond to public inquiries.
•Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
•Performs receptionist functions, such as answer all incoming calls
and handle caller’s inquiries.
•Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.
•Support the Manager.


Office hours are from: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Saturday - Thursday)
