Respected All Any idea regards the project by ACI - Wings of Arabia in Dubai land. Project was supposed to start long back and was to handed over during 09 yet nothing has been started at time when you try contact their office you don't get any one to give the proper information i have a investor who had already paid 60 % of payment purchased during end 07 now they say you don't have pay we will inform you when the construction starts i came to know that land is yet not handed over to them by master developers is it true please help .......... give a lead or group / forum.
