* Projected Income: Within 5th year, Very Conservatively within 6
years, it will yield a 5year IRR of 37% on an discount base which
is a net profit of 47.9 million.
* Project Share: Project Owner 60% and we are looking for the
partner/Investor to invest the 40% (18mln approximate).
