It's very low to find out that agents whom were given direct access to post their messages here use the privilege to invite other members to new other groups created just to grab the agents freely.
Google Groups are a free venue where anybody with any Google Account can create one and post free and freely, but it took us 3 years to keep this group very focused and spam free and each message from a non member was checked before releasing. Now we count 369 real members unlike most other groups. You are free to leave this group, there's an option for that under your membership settings, you are also free to create your own groups, but please don't use this group to advertise other website as links only nor invitations to other groups.
