This group as you know has been online since May 14, 2007 serving mainly property brokers in Dubai, in addition to some end customers, but most of the members here are property brokers. When you post your property availability here or post a wanted property you are mainly addressing other agents, and as I personally encountered some of you do not deal with other agents or real estate companies, and some even when they deal try to make some tricks over the commission. This is understandable and it's the right of each member even to earn a bad reputation, but for the sake of others please include in your posts the following: 1. If you do NOT deal with other agents or real estate companies please state so somewhere in the message. 2. Type something useful in the subject, it'll help you a lot, trust me. 3. Those posting attached files as Excel sheets, Word documents or PDF files, please also write something in the body of your message about what to expect in the files. Not only these 3 very simple, very straight forward and very easy steps will help other agents save time and help you reduce unwanted calls, it will also help your posts in Google, Bing & Yahoo search engines, whatever you add in the subject & content especially if you use headers, it will help your property exposure & visibility online and if you have a website it'll gain further ranks. Discussions posted here are not limited to here, there's also a Google Blog <http://buildingarabia.blogspot.com/> that re-posts your messages automatically for customers searching online.
