Please be advise that this Ramadan, we will be offering a special 4% commission rate for ALL BROKERS from today, 4th June until 18th June 2017. "Brokers" are classified as corporate agents who are engaged and mainly operating as a real estate agency in and out of the UAE. Meanwhile, 2% commission rate still applies to all channel partners/Sobha Connect partners. Channel Partners and Sobha Connect Partners are classified as individual freelancers and corporate agents that operates as non-real estate as per trade license.
