thanks for the response. The dropping out of the volume adjustment happens on both the hardware SB players and Squeezeplay. Haven't had time to adequately experiment but it may be limited to when Squeezeplay is in use. Today I had all three going with Smart Gain selected and in mid-track I heard a skip and then a jump in volume. Sure enough from that point on the volume adjustment setting had no effect on any of the three sync'd players, until Squeezeplay and one of the two SBs were turned off and back on. And again, even when the feature is working it can be adjusted in the audio settings of any of the players and the effect is heard across all three, BUT the visual setting does not update or refresh, the two players other than the one whose setting has been changed continue to display the previous setting. Not too disruptive a quirk as long as you remember which player you're using to adjust the setting, but still curious.
Re: your other questions, not sure how to answer what kind of squeezeboxes- they are the black square Duet players such as the ones packaged with the remote, not aware of different versions of that particular product. As for the migration I did not copy files, just did a reinstall of LMS 7.7.5 from the Logitech website and then rescanned my library using ITunes (as I've always done). Again, appreciate your input. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ blscorp's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=65189 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=104875 _______________________________________________ Duet mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/duet
