when I used my controller I did have to charge it every one or two days even when new . I have mine in a box in the attic so can't check what power options there was . It should dim faster and there is also a sleep option . But I think the mode where you used the reciever itself as AP consumed more power than using it straight to your normal wifi . If you use the built in ( beta ) audio player for its headphone socket it drains in about 30 minutes or less , that feature was not reliable , it was the precursor to radio and touch . -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J MeridianHD621 MeridianG98DH 2 x MeridianDSP5200 MeridianDSP5200HC 2 xMeridianDSP3100 +Rel Stadium 3 sub.
