Can you get a terminal session with the NAS box? If so, see if you can ping the controller. I suspect that controller, receiver and LMS need to be in the same IP subnet. The "arp" command (on the NAS) will confirm this if it can find the MAC addresses of both controller and receiver. I'm happy to help if you're not comfortable with the TCP/IP commands.
