Very unlikely, but it happens to me once: the power supply was dead in the sense that it could not drain any current, but without load, it was still providing the proper voltage. Worth giving it a try with another power supply LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
